There was a time, before I was 25 years old, when I didn’t like Olives. I was going to any restaurant and getting very disappointed when they were just serving olives as appetizers.
I was disappointed not because of the Restaurant but because of me, how in the world, can I come from one of the countries with the best olives and don’t have the luck of enjoying it!? So… I started to slowly introduce some olives in my diet and eventually, after 4 months, I started to crave for olives. Success…
But way before this happened I used to go to a small restaurant in my village where they had the best olives ever, according to my friends… I unfortunately never tasted it 🙁 But the good news are, I know the ingredients, I did it myself and it’s really good.
Best Olives Ever
Ingredients
- 1 can/jar or 300g of Black Olives (with stone)
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin if possible)
- 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
Directions
- Step 1 Mix all the ingredients in a container.
- Step 2 Serve it in a nice bowl
