Those are pancakes that don’t need anything else more to be just perfect. Anyway, some maple syrup is always a good choice to top it. This recipe was created by my love/friend/this-blog-photographer David.
Banana Pancake

Ingredients
- 2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup white flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 ripe banana, medium
- oil for cooking
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp lupin flour (if you want to add some more proteins, otherwise add white flour)
Directions
- Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and blend it all with a blender.
- Step 2 With a kitchen paper, spread oil over a non-stick pan, heat it on a low-medium heat.
- Step 3 With a tablespoon, pour a small amount of the batter, making circles around 7 cm large. Cover it.
- Step 4 After a couple of minutes or when you see some bubbles on the top, turn it around with the help of a spatula, After a minute the pancake should be done! Repeat for the rest of the batter (you can make more than one pancake at the same time)
